Primordial Sound Meditation is a meditation technique originating in the ancient wisdom traditions of India, and revived by Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon in the mid 1990s, who then trained teachers worldwide, including Margie.

Primordial sounds are the most basic, essential sounds of nature, used to disconnect us from the constant stream of thoughts and activity of life. These individually selected sounds, known as mantras are based on the vibration the universe was making at the moment of your birth.
